Yes, the network is segmented and supported with a WPA2 encryption for each user. It is highly recommended to keep your personal Username and Password information private.

Each student is eligible for one (1) free HD receiver.

Upgrades such as DVR, additional receivers, premium channels, or a higher channel package are available and are billed separately by Spectrum.

Upon move-out, you are responsible to return the television cable receiver to Spectrum to avoid charges. You can return the cable receiver to any Spectrum store location or any participating UPS location.
